The goal of this session will be to review the clinical manifestations of complement dysregulation in pediatric kidney disease focused on atypical hemolytic syndrome, C3 glomerulopathy, and post-bone marrow transplant thrombotic microangiopathy. This session will focus on work up/diagnosis, pathological mechanisms with a focus on potential therapeutic targets, and current and emerging treatment options.
