Cardiovascular (CV) disease in adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a leading cause of death. As pediatric nephrologists we play a large role in their future cardiovascular health. This session will update our learners on the link between the heart, vessels, and kidney, and how to mitigate the long term implications for morbidity/mortality to optimize CV health.
