This session will Integrate information collected from interactions occurring throughout the PAS meeting including the pre-meeting workshop on Future Job Roles of the Pediatric Physician-Scientist Workforce (Audrea Burns), the networking session and educational showcase presenting current and future approaches to physician-scientist training (Thamasitboon), and asynchronous engagement with stakeholders occurring throughout the meeting including social media. In this roundtable session, the participants will begin work to interpret and synthesize data collected from these previous sessions. This work will focus on the formulation of action plans in research, curriculum development, and leadership training for sustaining the pediatric physician-scientist workforce.
