Promoting Foundations of Healthy Nutrition Habits Across the Ages
Childhood is the foundation for eating patterns for ALL of life, and we have incredible
opportunities to lay the groundwork in such a way that promotes health and invests in disease
prevention. During the session, we will hear from experts about the building blocks of a healthy
dietary pattern and how to support parents and families along the journey as they navigate
both routine and complex challenges. We will round out the session with a panel discussion
that explores how we can support healthy foundations from the clinic to the community.
