When there is no longer a water cooler, thriving in academic pediatrics in the virtual space: The impact of COVID-19 on academic productivity. The pandemic has impacted academic productivity across the spectrum of professional careers. Published literature will be reviewed to assess inequities in decreased productivity and describe solutions from our multicenter study.
